Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in stunning Orange County California with my stunning husband JP and my delightful Dad Henry. A lot of people follow me on my Instagram account @annephung, where I share my life- the good, the bad and everything in between. My parents welcomed me into America around 1990, and I was a mere one and a half years young. I wouldn't be sharing my story with you today in the event that my parents did not work long and made sacrifices. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I aimed to impress them and were adamant in the direction of success. I had a plan throughout my life. I wanted to be a college graduate land a corporate job, get married, buy the house, and then have children. The life I had planned for myself was not the way was actually. In 2013 I found myself anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige did not bring me joyand I was feeling like I was throwing my life on a salary when I knew I was meant to be more. In my search for this new career path, I discovered that I was passionate about doing fitness. I also loved socializing and helping other people. The business I started was in the year 2014 and I'm having a successful 7 years this year, 2021. There are a few Asian women who work in the business. I aim to be a positive influencer in this industry by providing high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier by designing the most sustainable life that meets their individual goals and needs. In addition, I strive for others to encourage them to chase the goals they have set for themselves so that they can achieve what they would like to accomplish. In the midst of my job taking off, I was struck by the greatest loss of my entire lifethat of losing my Mom. Her battle with Scleroderma for eight years has come to an end and she lies in Heaven. Her memory will always remain in my thoughts and mind. Life's lessons can often be hid from our eyes yet they can prove extremely valuable. The loss of my mother transformed me in so many ways and I'm convinced she provided me a second chance in life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. She had her chance to live a brand new and exciting life as I was given my second shot at an enjoyable and fulfilling life. My 30's are the first that I truly feel like that I'm living my life. My life is shared for you to ensure that you'll find something to resonate through my thoughts and stories to help you realize that you're not in the dark as well as to let you know that you're more than capable of anything you set your heart to. can be found in therapy that is normal and essential that a healthy lifestyle is the best type of wealth.
