Aspen Ladd began her journey in combat sports at the teenager age. Aspen Ladd started training in BJJ, kickboxing wrestling and boxing before her debut as an amateur at WCFC at the age of 18. Ladd was able to win three fights consecutively at Ultimate Reno Combat. All her opponents had been defeated in the first minute. Following that, she travelled to WCFC for the second time and defeated Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen defeated Silvia Babaeghian, Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo before facing Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia defeated Aspen to defeat her in a unanimous vote, leaving an ominous mark on her record as an amateur. Ladd bounced back from defeat by defeating Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, which brought her record to 8-1. Aspen was a pro-fighter for the first time in the year 2015, when she signed with Invicta FC. Invicta fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011 and won via first-round TKO. Invicta Combat Championships 16, She won her next bout against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen utilized her expertise in wrestling to knock out McGill with a TKO during the third-round (elbows and punches). She next fought Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18, which was catchweight(138.1lb) as Ladd did not reach her weight, but Aspen dominated Hoy and defeated her in the second round by KO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last promotion fight. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks was a unanimous winner. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut in UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She was a step ahead of Lina as she ground-and-pound beat her to an TKO win in the second round. Her dominance continued and she won a much more convincing victory when she fought Tonya Evinger at UFC 229 Ladd won the fight in round one and was awarded the performance of the Night Bonus. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes in a UFC Fight Night dos anjos-lee match with Eubanks' Sijara was the first match she's ever had in any significant role. Ladd won the night's fight bonus, after both fighters had hard in a tense back and forth battle. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd within 16 seconds, breaking her streak of winning. Then she bounced back and defeated Yana Kunitskaya in the third round in UFC in ESPN 7. For a rematch She fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight ended in an unanimous decision.
